Although anyone can take this course, we have curated the content to be most valuable to entrepreneurs and creatives actively working on launching, refining or repositioning brands.

❌ Can I cancel anytime?

A Brand DNA member who chooses the 6 month payment plan method may cancel their membership within the first 72 hours of enrollment for a $65 cancellation fee. After 72 hours, the fee to cancel is the remaining cost of their membership agreement. All Pay in Full Brand DNA Memberships are final sale and there is no cancellation option. That said, our goal is to make sure everyone who joins the Brand DNA membership has an incredible experience. If you join feel like you didn’t get what you expected out of it, email us and we'll aim to work to find a solution you’ll be satisfied with.

All members will have 6 months of access to Brand DNA materials. While the program is 6 months, after we'll send you information on how you can stay on for longer.

Those who choose to the pay in full or lifetime access payment options will be billed once, immediately upon signup.

All purchases of The Ordinary Good content, including a la carte offerings and Brand DNA memberships, are meant to only be viewed by the purchaser and cannot be shared with others.
